Deactivate an installation

Starting with Genesis version 9.13 you can deactivate the client. This is done inside of the Genesis application, so if the computer has died or you cannot access the application you cannot deactivate that installation.

1. Open Genesis R&D.
2. On the Home tab of the ribbon, click About.
3. Click on the "Deactivate" link. The deactivate button will be replaced with "(Not Activated)".
4. Close the About dialog.
5. Exit Genesis.

After deactivation, if you use any other function in Genesis, or if you close & re-Open Genesis, this installation will re-Activate.
