New Features:

• Added newly published Canada Daily Values for Sodium and Potassium

  • Updated Nutrient Content Claims to 2026 Health Canada values (11.13.12)
• Added Mexico Front of Package for Phase 2 of new regulations
  • Added new warnings for Excess Calories, Excess Added Sugars and Excess Sodium
• Added Shortened Simplified footnote 
  • Users can choose to display a shortened version of the “Not a significant source of …” footnote that says, “other nutrients” instead of listing the individual nutrients by name.

Improvements:

• Improved high resolution report display and printing
• Allow multiple recipes at a time to be added to Advanced Labels
• Improved handling of invalid protein scores for Label display
• Updated the US Calorie Calculations and Canadian Calorie Calculations to use unrounded values when multiplying and using 4-4-9
• Updated Canada Calorie Calculations to 4-4-9-2-7 to include calories from alcohol
• Allow hiding of footnote on U.S. 2016 Linear Labels where allowed (11.13.12)

• Fixed Export as Text to allow a user to choose which report sections on export

• Fixed a bug where the <1g added sugar option is selected and the %DV was being rounded

• Fixed bugs where the less than 2 percent DV footnote was not attached to a nutrient
• Fixed a bug where there was no footnote on 2016 Canada infant standard simplified labels
• Fixed some situations where footnotes were not shown when they should

• USDA Database: USDA SR Legacy (some supplier data was previously misnamed, corrected in 11.13)

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.
• 8GB Hard disk space.
• Client OS: Windows 8.1, Windows 10.
  • 64-bit OS required for full installation which includes SQL Server Express. 
    32-bit operating systems support the Genesis client only.
  • Windows 11 supported for client only; SQL Server / Database must reside on another operating system.
• Server OS: Windows Server 2012 or later.  For Windows Server 2012 R2, Update1 is required.
• SQL Server versions supported: SQL Server 2014 or later (including Express versions).
• .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later.
• Visual C++ 2017 32 bit (installed with application).
